Multi Zone Wireless Thermostat

1.   General

HTW-31-KT13T wireless digital heating thermostat is for multi zone water underfloor heating application. This thermostat is the transmitter of Hotowell manifold control center HTW-31-X8, which can max. control 8 thermostat panels. Control center unit will open and close manifold actuator according to commands from thermostat transmitter.

1) Check the water pipe connection. Check the water supply pressure, its value shall not be greater than the nominal maximum pressure of the equipment, generally within 0.03MPa～0.6MPa, the operating pressure of the heat engine of the heating system should be within 0.15MPa～0.20MPa (the water injection pressure of the chiller is 0.10MPa～0.15MPa) ; And check the system's water tightness and safety valve performance

2) Gas pipe connection check. Mainly check the air tightness of the pipeline (5kPa pressure does not leak), the matching of the gas category and the rated pressure (consistent with the nameplate), and the gas supply capacity (when the peak gas is used and the maximum heat load is applied, the gas supply pressure should be 0.75Pn～1.5 Pn range).
