Modbus Hotel Thermostat
Fan coil thermostat used for room temperature control. Automatically or manually switch between heating and cooling. The thermostat has a 3-speed fan control function (for the fan coil), a built-in temperature sensor, a backlit display, and an input for the window contact or occupancy detector.

The HTW-31-F17 digital hotel thermostat can provide line/low pressure on/off control for various fan coils in residential and commercial applications. Very suitable for use in hotels, apartments and classrooms. 3-speed fan coil thermostat with 2 or 4 tube manual/automatic heating/cooling switch. Simple, intuitive user interface, easy to install. Attractive modern style, perfect for hotels and apartments. The cooling or heating relay works, the energy saving mode is activated and the digital display of the fan status shows the ambient temperature, set point, and mode icon.
