Best Hotel Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System Controllers to Save Bills and Improve Management Efficiency

1.       RF Wireless Door/Window Contact

The door contact is one of inputs of energy saver HTW-61-ES6201, which will introduce below.The split RF Wireless door contact consists of one transmitter and one receiver, they are communicating with each other via 433.92Mhz working frequency. Door is the only way for human to enter one room, so in our solution, we use whether door is opened as a signal to setup fan coil air conditioning system.

2.       PIR Motion Detector Sensor

PIR (Passive InfraRed) sensor detector is another input of energy saver HTW-61-ES6201, which is used to detector whether there is presence. Totally there are 3 PIRs inputs in energy saver HTW-61-ES6201, which can be installed place near door, bedroom, bathroom etc.

3.       Energy Saver

Energy Saver HTW-61-ES6201 is the key part of the solution. It acts as core or “CPU” to determine whether air conditioning system or lighting system according to signals back from PIRs and door contact. For example, a customer checks in and open room door, Energy Saver HTW-61-ES6201 will feed thermostat to turn on AC immediately; once door is closed, PIRs will detect for 1~60sec, if there is presence detected, AC will keep working; if not, Energy Saver HTW-61-ES6201 will off thermostat to turn off AC with certain delay time.

4.       Modbus Enabled Fan Coil Room Thermostat For AC System

        Currently as the IoT(Internet of Things) technology develops, smart WiFi fan coil thermostats are become more and more popular among peoples. But do WiFi auto thermostat suitable for fan coil system in commercial building? Smart WiFi thermostat is convenient for HVAC system control through apps of smartphone. For hotel situation, using smartphone to control HVAC system is not much a smart choice. As our experience in the market for more than 10 years, it is highly recommended to use Modbus/Bacnet enabled fan coil room thermostat for hotel buildings for central control management.
