New Valves with Temperature Sensor and PICV

Hotowell Linear Stroke Electromotoric Valves, HTW-TV03 series, has many sub-models and features:

[1]. Actuator with screen or without screen.

[2]. Wide voltage, supporting both 24V and 230V.

[3]. on/off valve and modulating valve

[4]. modulating valves with or without feedback signal

[5]. 2 wires or 3 wires; 3 wires type can act as SPDT or SPST.

SPDT:

The open or close action on actuator must get the on signal and off signal respectively from the controller

SPST:

The actuator just needs the signal "on" from the controller, and will turn off automatically if no signal is received

[6]. Actuators can fit different valve bodies for different applications.

[7]. PICV: We would recommend using [a modulating actuator + balancing valve] to work as PICV.

Here are 2 sub-models for reference:

HTW-TV03-24MF

[1] Power supply by 24V

[2] It is a modulating actuator that modulates or adjusts the flow of a fluid based on a control signal 0…10VDC.

[3] It also has feedback capabilities, allowing it to provide a signal that reflects its current operational status. This feedback signal can be used to monitor and further control the valve.

HTW-TV03S-24TN

[1] This actuator is powered by 24V, and comes with one sensor that detects the temperature and shows it on the actuator screen.

[2] The sensor is used to detect the return temperature, if it is lower than 38(factory default), heating is still required. Then the actuator will keep running.

[3] Modbus communication

The parameter of the actuator can be read and/or written via Modbus communication. Such as valve status, valve stroke, inlet/outlet water temperature, working mode…
